PRICING

Our fees are less than many Urgent Care Clinics , and much less expensive than an Emergency Room visit. We currently do accept most insurances and most insurances will cover house call visits. Self Pay options are available. please call 330-847-1132 for self pay pricing inquiries. We accept CASH, Debit Cards, and VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. There is a $50 call out fee payable prior to visit. Additional Mileage fee of $30 is assessed at the discretion of the physician if their trip is more than 15 miles each way.
